User reviews :

Great bike and design for the dollar.

from Seattle on 2/24/2009

Out of the box it is relatively easy to assemble. (although the instructions lack a lot of detail)
The electronics work well and it is extremely smooth and quiet and it shifts very smoothly between resistance levels.
The profile is small enough to fit in a smaller space than most cycles and the construction is quite solid.
Pulse rate indicators are surprisingly accurate and I like that it provides 10 minute program cycles. This way you can plan on a workout based on time segments as well as a choice of mileage, calories and a self-adjusting heart rate program.
All in all, this machine a good deal for the money and has a pleasant appearance so that you don't look like you have a torture chamber set up in your bedroom or basement.

Compact Riding Bike

from Phila, Pa on 2/12/2009

I put the machine together on my own, and despite the instructions, I was able to do it in less than an hour. The monitor is easy to master, and I can do the programs just like in a professional gym! It's fun and a good way to get back into a regimen of regular exercise, and a good way to add to my cardio and leg strength.

Great Bike for the Price

from Syracuse, NY on 1/20/2009

I purchased the product for my girlfriend who doesn't like the gym as I do, and we are best impressed with how smooth it is and how stable.
I can get a reallly good work out, al,ost as good as the gym, and she really enjoys the ease of operation with it's power lcd programming screen.
The seat could be a bit more comfortable, but overall made pretty well

Great bike for the price!

from Gunnison, CO on 2/9/2009

The bike has several pre-programmed exercises, and you can adjust the difficulty level as you're bicycling. It feels and rides like a bike you would find at a health club, and provides an excellent workout. The heart rate monitor works great--even with one finger on each of the sensors. The seat is a little uncomfortable after about 25 minutes of riding, but could be worse. My boyfriend put it together, and it took him about 3 hours.
